Combination of the Bipolar Soft Set and Soft Expert Set with an Application in Decision Making

چکیده
In this paper, we propose a novel concept of the bipolar soft expert set by combining and set. Then, define its basic operations such as complement, union, intersection, AND OR for sets with illustrative examples. using theory, an algorithm is proposed to express uncertainty problem in best way. Finally, exemplify on how can be applied against uncertain situations that may encountered any field give implementation detail.
